Fruit jelly pieces with up to 3.5x4 or 5x5 mm size, produced from natural fruit purees, with distinctive flavor and aroma, meet market demands for natural products. The fruit jelly pieces can be used in the baking biscuits, cakes, cookies, muffins, breads and in confectionery decor. Also, the pieces can be used in the ice cream and breakfast cereals.

Product is ready to use, consistent, cryo-stable and temperature- stable. Inside of the product the pieces absorb moisture and turn to the jam consistency.
